I built this house starting at the archway just before the front door. That was really the inspiration for building this house: just putting an arch in front of the front door. I just kept building from there. After applying the PS action to the picture, it looked like something from the 50's [somewhat]. Hence, "American Tradition."

Oh I'm sorry..I have all EPs..but most of the content is cc which should be basegame compatible. The cooker/hood thing above the stove is from the Kitchen & Bath SP and the brick wall (not the gray stone) should be from the basegame, but I cant swear on it. And obviously Nightlife is required for the garage doors. Everything else should be custom! Hope this helps!
